The following list will include several activities that are either family-friendly, free to enjoy, or fun after dark.
1. Go on a Walking Tour
Although it tends to get a bit colder in Paris during this time of year, there should still be plenty of sunny days to enjoy.

Their Disney Enchanted Christmas celebrations mean the park turns into a Christmas wonderland.
The holidays are celebrated in style with several fun activities including a Christmas parade, seasonal sing-alongs near the giant Christmas tree, street performances featuring your favorite Disney characters, and more.
Each of the holiday activities available at this amusement park will be included with general admission, so you don’t have to pay anything extra to enjoy the festive fun!
You can purchase single day or multi-day passes, depending on how much time you have to enjoy the magical world of Disney.
The celebrations begin November 11th, 2023 and run until January 7th, 2024.

3. Attend a Cabaret Show
If you're looking for something that is a bit more stereotypically Parisian, why not see a cabaret?
The Moulin Rouge is known for its live music, extravagant costumes, and beautiful performers in a luxurious environment.
Performances run regularly year-round, and we recommend getting your tickets a few months out as they do tend to sell out.
Alternatively, you may also enjoy the Paris Paradis Latin Cabaret Show, at the oldest cabaret theatre in Paris.

4. Attend an Art Fair
Paris Photo, an art fair dedicated to photography, has been taking place since 1997.
Hundreds of exhibitors from around the world bring their photographs to Paris' Grand Palais Éphémère.
Some truly brilliant photographs can be found here, pictures that capture an emotion or a moment in time.
The creators of the fair promote inclusion, which means all are welcome and no one need worry that only collectors and curators will be there.
The art fair takes place November 9th-11th.

5. Pay Your Respects on Armistice Day
Every November 11th, the city of Paris honors its fallen heroes from WW1 and WW2 with a ceremony at the Arc de Triomphe.
During this event, the French president will lay a wreath near the eternal flame at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in honor of all French troops who died in these wars.
If you want to come and pay your respects, plan on getting up early so you can get there soon enough to get a good view when it all begins at 11 am.
It’s worth noting that most hop-on-hop-off bus tours include a stop near the Arc de Triomphe, so this could be a good way to get there if you’re planning on using one of these services.

6. Enjoy the Paris Christmas Markets
If you want to get into the holiday spirit, visiting one of Paris' many Marché de Noël will surely take you there.
Dozens of big and small markets pop up around Paris in November.
You'll find Christmas lights and decorations, carnival rides, ice skating rinks, and sometimes Santa makes a visit.
And of course, it wouldn't be a Christmas market without delicious food and drink.
Mulled and spiced wines, roasted chestnuts, crepes, cheeses, macarons, and so much more are sure to make your tastebuds sing.

While this type of event has fallen out of favor in other countries, it wouldn’t be the holidays in Paris without some of the most impressive window displays you’ve ever seen!
Every November, five of the biggest department stores in the city hold special window display shows featuring animated scenes, holiday lighting, festive music, and much more.
