Spring turns into summer during June and is a perfect time to visit this historic city.

Afternoon high temperatures continue to warm from the lower 70s F (21 C to 22 C) early in June to near 80 F (26 C to 27 C) by the month’s end.

On average, about 3 afternoons this month, most likely during the second half, will experience high temperatures of 90 F (32 C) or more.
