This post is a sample itinerary to you to best take advantage of the Go City San Francisco Pass.

If you haven't heard of the Go City San Francisco Pass, here are the basics:
- The pass gets you admission into 26 San Francisco attractions for one flat fee.
- The cost of the pass depends on how many days you want to visit the city: 1, 2, 3, 5, or 7 days.
- You can visit as many of the attractions as you want, and you only pay for the original cost of the pass.
That's it! For this 3-day trip, your Go City San Francisco Pass will cost $109, but it will get you over $270 worth of activities!
So, without further ado, let's take a look at a great 3-day itinerary for your San Francisco vacation!
Day 1 in San Francisco Cost Analysis

Golden Gate Park is San Francisco's most famous park. Set on over 1,000 beautiful acres in the heart of the city, Golden Gate Park hosts numerous attractions.
The California Academy of Sciences is an incredible experience for a first time visitor or a repeat customer, and a personal favorite of SF by Foot.
The De Young art museum is directly across from the Academy of Sciences, so it's an easy walk. The Conservancy of Flowers is a 10-15 minute walk down some lovely pathways from the De Young.
In addition to the fantastic museums and gardens listed above, you can spend the entire day exploring this park if you want to.
You can see the amazing Japanese Tea Gardens, rent a paddleboat on Spreckels Lake, or even view the famous Buffalo in the park.
This would make for a great first day of any San Francisco vacation.
Day 2 in San Francisco Cost Analysis

Day 2 will have you off to a great start by taking the Bridge 2 Bridge Cruise with the Red and White Fleet.
On this 90 minute cruise through the San Francisco Bay, you'll see many of the most famous sights in San Francisco. You'll sail underneath the Golden Gate Bridge, around Alcatraz, and out to Treasure Island.
Coming back to port, you can take a walk to Madame Tussaud's, the world-famous wax figure museum.
And if you're hungry, be sure to head over to In & Out Burger, which is a California institution! Nobody should leave SF without getting a double-double with cheese.
(And if you're feeling adventurous, get it "animal style" off the secret menu!)
After Madame Tussaud's, and if you're running ahead of schedule, you can visit Ripley's Believe It or Not museum (not listed above, but included on your city pass--a $20.99 value).
If you're pressed for time, you can head over to the Gray Line Tour Company for their Hop On Hop Off City Bus Tour. There, you can spend the next 75 minutes seeing the city up close and stopping at whatever sites you want to check out more closely.
Towards the end of the day, be sure to check out the Aquarium of the Bay at Pier 39, a great place to see the marine life of the region.
Day 3 in San Francisco Cost Analysis

For day 3, you can take a day trip and explore the area around the city.
Your pass gets you access to the incredible Napa and Sonoma Valley Wine Country Tour, a full-day excursion across the Golden Gate Bridge and into the best wine country in the New World.
The tour will give you complimentary access to a winery tour and tastings of great California wines. This tour is not to be missed!

As you can see, the Go City San Francisco Pass is an amazing value. And even if you don't want to do some of the activities listed above, there are plenty more available to you.
The Exploratorium is one of the best hands-on science museums in the world. If you have kids, you can take them to an amusement park like California's Great America.
Or, if you want to see even more of the city, you can do a 3-hour biking tour with Bay City Bikes!
