The High Line is Now Open

The High Line is open as of March 10th, 2024. This post explains the latest guidelines on how to visit the High Line.

HOW TO VISIT THE HIGH LINE (as of March 2024)

The High Line is accessible every day. Elevators can be found at

  • Gansevoort Street and Washington Street (Northwest corner)
  • 14th Street and 10th Avenue (Southwest side)
  • 23rd Street and 10th Avenue (Southeast side)
  • 30th Street and 10th Avenue (Southeast side)

Additionally, park-level access is provided at 30th Street at Hudson Yards.

Visiting hours are seven days a week from 7 am to 8 pm (Dec-March) and 7 am to 10 pm (Apr-Nov).

It is always free to visit the park.


WHERE TO ENTER

Entry can be made thorough elevators which can be found at:

  • Gansevoort Street and Washington Street (Northwest corner)
  • 14th Street and 10th Avenue (Southwest side)
  • 23rd Street and 10th Avenue (Southeast side)
  • 30th Street and 10th Avenue (Southeast side)

Additionally, park-level access is provided at 30th Street at Hudson Yards.

Exits via staircases are at 14th, 16th, 20th and 23rd Streets. The elevators at 14th and 23rd Streets are available to exit the park as well.

Note that bathrooms will be open but food vendors will open only between April and October. Shake Shacks open round the year.
