1. Frieze London

Art enthusiasts will love this event in Regent’s Park!

Featuring artwork from over 1,000 of today’s leading emerging artists from 160 galleries, Frieze London is an excellent opportunity to discover new artists, admire favourite pieces, and purchase artwork.

The event runs from October 11th - 15th.

2. Enjoy Major Concerts 

London is full of music venues and you can be sure that no matter which month you’re in town there will be a big-name artist or group performing.

This October is no different, with multiple big tours coming through the London area.

3. Attend the Theatre

The West End of London is home to some of the most well-known theatres in the city such as the Theatre Royal Drury Lane, Gielgud Theatre, Apollo Theatre, Palace Theatre, and many more.

5. Bloomsbury Festival

This annual event celebrates the creativity of the folks who live in the Bloomsbury neighborhood in London.

The program covers "culture, arts, science, literature, performance, discussion, and debate".

Each year has a theme, and over 100 events take place across the ten days of the festival.

The event takes place October 13th - 22nd.

6. MCM Comic-Con

Get your geek on at the London Comic Con!

With special appearances by famous actors, panel discussions, vendors, and more, you don't wanna miss out on this weekend.

The MCM Comic-Con takes place October 27th-28th ExCel London.

7. Festival of the Dead

London celebrates all things spooky with the Festival of the Dead.

Inspired by the Day of the Dead celebration, this weekend-long event is a mix of carnival, circus, and concert.

The date for London 2023 hasn't been posted yet, but last year it took place at O2 Academy Brixton. This is a great way to get your spooky before Halloween itself!

8. London Restuarant Festival

Twice a year, in summer and autumn, the London Restaurant Festival celebrates the diversity and quality of its cuisine with food lovers.

In addition to special menus and discounted prices on many offerings, the festival will also host restaurant-hopping tours, chef-hosted lunches, and various tasting menus amongst other things.

At restaurants, you might find a menu set to show off their signature dishes and best flavors, or one-night conceptual food events.

9. London Literature Festival

Visit the London Literature Festival for a series of talks, readings, poetry, and performances.

Over the course of 11 days, a number of literary influencers, thinkers, and entertainers will make an appearance.

In years past authors such as Karl Ove Knausgård, Nick Cave, Graham Norton, and many more attended.

The event takes place October 18th - 29th at Southbank Centre.

Ocean Film Festival

The London event takes place over October 26th & 27th at Union Chapel.

Celebrate Diwali

There will be a family-friendly Diwali celebration in Trafalgar Square.

Celebrate the festival of light with 35,000 other people. There will be dancers, music, and food stalls (vegan and vegetarian).

There are also Activity Zones and Food Zones.

Drink Moonshine 

Enter the Wild West at one of London’s most interesting cocktail experiences at The Moonshine Saloon.

Guests will travel back in time as they descend into a hidden Western world.

Smuggle in a bottle of your favorite spirit, covertly hand it to the bartender, and they will craft specially made moonshine out of it.

But watch out for the sheriff - he’s always on the lookout for smugglers!

This hidden London gem is situated on the stunning grounds of Crystal Palace Park. Built in the 1870s, the Crystal Palace Maze is one of the largest in the country with a diameter of 160ft!
