Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge Bike Tour

New York City is not Amsterdam, but the Big Apple is quickly becoming a biker’s city, adding hundreds of kilometers of bike lanes every year – many of them bike only lanes.  Fortunately, many of these bikes lanes make access by to some of New York City’s must see sights sensible.  Our Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge Bike Tour is designed to give you such access in a safe and enjoyable manner.

Join Free Tours by Bike as we feel the breeze in our hair and take it to the designated bike lanes right through the heart of Lower Manhattan, across the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges and see some of New York City’s famous landmarks and interesting neighborhoods.  This 2.5 hour tour will keep you off the busy streets and stick to the safe roads and park lanes to give you one of the best experiences in New York.

Q: Do the tours go out in the rain?
A: Yes.  Our tours go out rain or shine, even our bike tours.  However, our bike tours will not go out when bad weather makes it imprudent to do so (for example, heavy sustained rain, sustained lightning).  If we cancel the tour due to inclement weather and you rent a bike with our partner bike shop through us, you will get a full refund.

Q: If we cancel, will we get a refund for the bike?
A: You MUST give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation for a refund.  Please check the forecast at least 24 hours in advance if you do not want to ride in drizzle or light rain.  Bikes are rented through a 3rd party and we have to abide by their rules.
