As local tour guides, we know that July is one of the best times for walking tours, because there's usually a lot of great, sunny weather.

And I am not just a tour guide. I'm also a retired meteorologist who has found a new way to put my experiences to work.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR IN JULY?

July is fairly comfortable so you won't have to pack much! We've made a list of some essentials below:

1. Light Cotton Clothes

Packing lightweight cotton clothes will ensure you remain comfortable during the warmer days in Paris.

2. Sunglasses

Since most of the month is sunny, a good pair of sunglasses will come in handy.

3. Walking Shoes

Although it's warm, you don't want to break out the flip-flops, especially in Paris. A good pair of walking shoes is recommended.
