It's possible that a couple of days in March could see afternoon temperatures reaching around 16C-17C (mid-60s F).
HOW MUCH SUN AND RAIN

WHAT TO WEAR IN LONDON IN MARCH
Best to bring rain gear and dress in layers.
It's still cold in London in March, but some warmer days will be around, so no need to dress too heavy.
We've made a list of essentials to bring on your trip to London in March:

1. Layers
A medium, rain-proof jacket is a good thing to bring to London in March.
Layers are great for bulking up on days when that jacket isn't quite heavy enough.
Think thermals, long-sleeves, and sweaters.
2. Rain Gear
There will be plenty of rain in March, so plan accordingly. A rain-proof jacket is a good idea, as are rain boots and an umbrella.
We like a light, compact umbrella that's easy to carry around, like this one from Rain-Mate.
It's windproof and compact to fit easily in a suitcase.
3. Good Shoes
You will be doing lots of walking in London, so be sure to pack comfortable shoes.
It's important that they will hold up on a rainy day, so a waterproof boot, like these from Hunter is a great idea.
They're highly rated and come in a number of great colors. There's nothing worse than walking around with wet, cold feet!
