Accessibility Guide

View Cities

We want as many people to enjoy tour tours as possible but unfortunately do not have the ability to accommodate all guests. Use this guide for more information about which tours are accessible by choosing your relevant city.

[expand title="Q: Are registered service animals allowed on tours?"]

A: Absolutely. We can accommodate registered service animals on any tour. Pets, however, are not allowed.

[expand title="Q: Do you offer hearing assistance devices"]

A: Unfortunately not. In the past some guests have brought lapel microphones that can be worn by the guide and transmit to a personal hearing device. We are happy to accommodate that if we can, please contact the relevant city.

For any other accessibility needs, please let us know. If you contact us in advance we can provide a written copy of the stops and highlight information covered on the tour.

For further questions, please contact: chicago@freetoursbyfoot.com

Most of our Chicago Tours can be slightly altered to accommodate people who use wheelchairs, scooters, or strollers. The Pedway Tour and the Riverwalk & History Tour have the most alterations, so we ask that if you use a wheelchair or scooter, to send us an email (chicago@freetoursbyfoot.com) and let us know that you will be taking these tours so that we can prepare an alternate route.
