Accessibility Guide

We want as many people to enjoy tour tours as possible but unfortunately do not have the ability to accommodate all guests. Use this guide for more information about which tours are accessible by choosing your relevant city.

Q: Are registered service animals allowed on tours?

A: Absolutely. We can accommodate registered service animals on any tour. Pets, however, are not allowed.

Q: Do you offer hearing assistance devices

A: Unfortunately not. In the past some guests have brought lapel microphones that can be worn by the guide and transmit to a personal hearing device. We are happy to accommodate that if we can, please contact the relevant city.

For any other accessibility needs, please let us know. If you contact us in advance we can provide a written copy of the stops and highlight information covered on the tour.

What tours are accessible for wheelchairs/scooters/strollers?

Any tour can be made accessible as a private option, but not all public tours are accessible.
