The tour was super interesting and informative.I would highly recommend this tour with Stephen Uys to anybody who wants to have a deeper understanding of the Boston history. Thanks again Stephen Creagh Uys.Rich H.Rich H. ★★★★★ Kim CKim C ★★★★★ Andrew was a great guide and very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the tour and learned so much! He was always happy to answer additional questions our group had.A nice thing to note is that Andrew caps his tours at around the 20 people mark. As we were walking around the cemetery, some of the other group tours were as large as 50-80 people. It was clearly difficult for them to hear their guide and interact with them - even if they had little microphones/speakers.This tour is way more personal and you’ll get a much more intimate experience.Kyle B.Kyle B. ★★★★★ It was a tour of the freedom trail and a comedy show all in one. You never knew what Brian was going to say next.Michael J.Michael J. ★★★★★ Stephen was very knowledgeable about the freedom trail.Cindy B.Cindy B. ★★★★★ Excellent tour! Brian was a fount of knowledge, good stories and contagious humor. He had us laughing the whole tour! So much better than an audio tour.Sharon B.Sharon B. ★★★★★ This was one of the absolute best walking tours I've been on around the world! Bob was our tour guide. He was extremely knowledgable about everything, was really funny, and had answers to questions beyond the main subjects of the tour. I live in Boston and still learned so much from this tour. It should be an essential stop for anyone visiting the city!Somia A.Somia A. ★★★★★ Bob was great - our tour group was small (only 3!) and Bob did a fantastic job telling us the history and stories. Highly recommend!!David Y.David Y. ★★★★★ Stephen was a fount of knowledge and made the tour most informative and enjoyable. It's a great way to get introduced to Boston in a short time.Rolph K.Rolph K. ★★★★☆ Informatieve rondleiding over een deel van de freedom trail van Boston.De gids was interessant en enthousiast.Stacy M.Stacy M. ★★★★★ Stephen was our guide. He clearly put a ton of time and energy into researching each location we visited. The tour was the perfect mix of education and sightseeing. Highly recommend!Jonathan L.Jonathan L. ★★★★★ If I were a wealthier man I would have given Stephen so much more money than I did. We gave $20 per person in our group for his tour, but it was worth hundreds! We learned exponentially more than we would have by doing the 'Freedom Trail' on our own. The nuances to that incredible history that were shared left me ( a US History teacher) flabbergasted and feeling incredibly lucky to have booked a tour with someone who would keep us laughing, gasping, and questioning. I will recommend Steven to all of families of my New Mexican student who tour Boston.Shivesh K.Shivesh K. ★★★★★ Giuseppina F.Giuseppina F. ★★★★★ The tour was very intreseting and the gruop wasnt that big which made it more interactive although it would have been better if he had more photos to show.Naomi C.Naomi C. ★★★★★ We had Stephen as our guide in the ghost tour and freedom trail (with history). He’s great and tells you about information or curiosities you don’t know probably get in other tours. Very recommended- thanks Stephen!Corie P.Corie P. ★★★★★ Our tour guide, Bob, was fantastic! We did two of them and they were both great. Very professional and entertaining!Kelli G.Kelli G. ★★★★★ This was great! I bought three self guided audio tours in Boston, Freedom Trail, Beacon Hill and Harvard/Cambridge. I did all three of them yesterday and had such a lovely time. I have been to Boston a few times but this was the first time I really explored the area. The audio information was detailed without being boring. They also did a great job of creating the tour in an organized way that made sense to where you wanted to be when it ended. It was easy to follow. This was a great way to spend an entire day in Boston! I will. use this again when traveling to other places.Rebecca C.Rebecca C. ★★★★★ History of Boston tour led by Stephen today was informative and amusing - I highly recommend this tour to those wanting just a little more than the usual tourist offerings. You " name-your-own-price, there is an optional $2.75 booking fee" or you can take a private tour with your friends and/or family. We did the Beacon Hill crime tour with Bart. All the grisly crimes and puritan shenanigans. For eg. You could get your ear chopped off for gossiping when the puritans ruled Boston.Very entertaining tour and so many options for fabulous restaurants in Beacon Hill after the tour.Lauren E.Lauren E. ★★★★★ Andrew was a great tour guide for the Boston Freedom Trail tour! This tour is a great introduction to the history of Boston. Highly recommend!js_loader
