WHAT YOU SHOULD WEAR
Amsterdam is cold and damp in December so bring warm winter clothes. We’ve made a list below of what to bring:
1. Warm, Waterproof Clothes
With lots of foggy and rainy days, it’s best to pack waterproof gear.
A waterproof coat is a good idea, as are waterproof boots. An umbrella is also suggested.
2. Warm Underwear
Thermal underwear and wool socks are suggested to keep warm in Amsterdam in December.
A fleece-lined under layer like these from ViCherub go great under long pants and tops.
3. Gloves, Scarf, and a Hat
Accessorizing is a good idea to stay warm. Pack gloves, a scarf, and a hat to protect yourself on windy days.
A warm beanie like this one from OZERO is a good idea and doesn’t take up too much space in your luggage.
