City Sightseeing currently offers just 1 route in NOLA, and it includes a total of 19 stops.
You can take this bus tour year-round, 7 days a week, but they do have to cancel service during Mardi Gras parade days.

This hop-on hop-off tour will last for approximately 90 minutes if you stay on the bus.

However, you can of course extend the experience by jumping off at a few attractions of interest and spending some time on the ground.
The City Sightseeing New Orleans hop-on hop-off buses operate from 9:30 am - 5:30 pm every day.
You can expect them to make stops at each location on the route once every 30-40 minutes on average.
