To buy this online in advance, you must have a U.S. address which isn't the case for most tourists. So you will likely have to wait until you arrive in the U.S. to buy the card.

This card can be purchased online. It's available in 3 increments of time so you can choose a card for the amount of time you will be in the U.S.
