Q: Are the Dubai tours free of charge?
A: All tours are chargeable tours. We are confident that we offer some of the best priced tours of Dubai with the biggest bang for your buck. Our tours are small group tours, following the highest standards of safety.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
Tours canceled up to 14 days prior to the scheduled start date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Tours canceled with less than 48 hours are nonrefundable. Tours unpaid with less than 3 weeks or less before the tour are unconfirmed and subject to guide availability.
Q: Isn’t it too hot to do a walking tour in Dubai?
A: Dubai is famed for having sunshine all year-round. It is primarily hot in the months of June, July and August. However, our mantra is if you can walk it, so can we! Due to this we offer tours all year round. Having said that, from October through April, the weather in Dubai is gorgeous and is our peak season for walking tours.
Q: Is pick-up and drop off included?
A: Our tours begin with all guests arriving at a meeting location. Guests and guide arrive at the start location on their own, usually by taxi or metro. Unless specifically requested and paid for, transportation is not included in any of our walking tours. Should you wish to arrange a pick up and drop off car service at an additional charge, please email us and we can hook you up.
Q: How should I dress for a Dubai walking tour?
A: Comfortable walking shoes are a must! We also recommend dressing modestly, out of respect for the regional cultural norms, especially for women.
Q: Do you offer tours in other languages?
A: Our tours are primarily offered in English.
Q: Are the tours wheelchair or stroller friendly?
A: For our guests using wheelchairs or families with young children (under 6 years of age), we offer private tours. Public tours cannot accommodate young children and guests with special needs.
Q: What if I am running late for the tour?
A: Our tours start promptly on time. If you are late for a tour, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. We encourage you to plan to arrive at the start location 10-15 minutes prior and budget time for traffic.
Q: What is your tipping policy?
We’re not going to lie, our guides have suffered tremendously over the past year due to the Covid-19 situation. If you enjoy our tour and have the means, please tip are guides! We know they will appreciate this greatly!
