A few of the warmer days, especially late in the month, can reach up near 12 C (53-54 F).
The record high temperature in Berlin during February is 19.4 C (67 F).
Late night and early morning low temperatures tend to be about -3 to -2 C (26-29 F) early in the month, warming to -1 to 0 C (30-32 F) by the end of the month.
On average you can expect about 20 days this month with temperatures dipping to 0 C (32 F) or less with a few of these falling to near -9 C (15-16 F).
The record low temperature in Berlin during February is - 26 C (-15 F).
How Much Rain and Snow in February?
February in Berlin typically sees about 18 mostly cloudy, 4 partly sunny, and 6 mostly sunny days.
You can expect this month to see about 15 days with some form of precipitation, however, only 6 of these will see more than 1 mm (0.04 inches).
Some snow falls on 10-11 days, however, total snow accumulations this month are light (less than 2.5 cm (1 inch), but occasionally can total about 8-11 cm (about 3.5-4.5 inches).
Daylight
The number of daylight hours during this month increases from about 9.1 hours on the 1st to 10.8 hours by the 28th.
Windspeed
The wind this month tends to be gentle to moderate at 12-28 kph (8-18 mph) but occasionally can be fresh at 29-38 kph (19-24 mph).
What to Wear in Berlin During February?
Winter in Berlin is cold and damp and will require dressing in layers, including an option for thermal underwear.
A heavy water-resistant coat will be required along with some long wool scarves and gloves.
Also, you should bring a few sweaters and warm socks along with water-proof boots.

Although most of the month will be cold and gray, you might still want to consider taking a pay-what-you-wish Berlin walking tour.
